Early Education Momma

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all Early Education Momma products and services, including digital downloads, the reading app, educational videos, online courses, and subscription plans (collectively, the “Service”), available through our website, Payhip store, Etsy shop, and app. By purchasing or accessing any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Products and Services
Early Education Momma offers a range of early childhood educational products and services, including:
- Digital downloads — printable word cards, phrase books, storybooks, and math materials
- The reading app — a subscription-based digital library of reading materials based on the Doman whole-word method
- Educational videos — recorded instructional content for parents and caregivers
- Online courses — structured learning programs on early literacy, multilingual development, and related topics
- Subscriptions — recurring access plans for the app and/or future content libraries
All content is designed for use by parents and caregivers with young children.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or access our products and services. Educational content is intended for use by parents and caregivers with children in their care.
3. Accounts
Certain products (including the app and courses) require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and keep it up to date.
4. Digital Downloads
Upon purchase, you will receive access to download your purchased files. Downloads are for personal, non-commercial use only and are limited to the number of devices reasonably used by your household. We recommend saving your files upon download, as access links may expire.
5. Subscriptions and Recurring Billing
Subscription-based products are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on the plan selected). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time with advance notice.
6. Free Trials
Where a free trial is offered, it will be clearly stated at sign-up. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
7. Courses and Videos
Access to purchased courses and video content is granted for personal, non-commercial use. Course access duration (lifetime vs. time-limited) will be stated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update, modify, or retire course content, and we will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
8. Intellectual Property
All content across all Early Education Momma products and services — including reading cards, storybooks, phrase books, video recordings, course materials, illustrations, and written content — is the intellectual property of Early Education Momma and is protected by copyright law.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for private, non-commercial educational use within your own household. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, or redistribute any purchased content in any format
- Share account credentials or allow access by multiple households under one account
- Record, screenshot, or extract content from the app or video courses for redistribution
- Use any content for commercial purposes, including tutoring or classroom use, without a commercial license
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract content from the app
10. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (currently Stripe and/or Paddle depending on the platform). We do not store your card details. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of the relevant payment processor.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties
All products and services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes. Results vary based on individual children, consistency of use, and other factors outside our control.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Early Education Momma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the relevant platform. Continued use of our products or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
