Refund Policy

Early Education Momma

We want you to feel confident purchasing from Early Education Momma. This policy explains the refund terms for each of our product types.


Digital Downloads (PDF files, printable materials)

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all digital download sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital downloads once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

Exception: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your file, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it promptly — by resending the file, providing an alternative format, or issuing a refund if we are unable to deliver the product as described.


Subscriptions (App and future subscription products)

Free trial: Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be billed.

After the trial or for paid subscriptions: We generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees already charged, as access to the full content library is granted immediately upon payment.

We will issue a full refund if:

  • You were charged after canceling your subscription in time
  • A billing error resulted in a duplicate charge
  • You contact us within 48 hours of your first-ever charge and have not accessed the content

To request a refund, email us at early.education.momma@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge. Please include your account email and a brief description of the issue.

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You retain access until the end of your current paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.


Educational Videos (standalone purchases)

Video content purchases are non-refundable once accessed, as the content is delivered digitally and immediately.

Exception: If a video is inaccessible due to a technical error on our end, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve the issue or issue a refund.


Online Courses

Course purchases are non-refundable once you have accessed the course content, as the material is delivered digitally and in full upon enrollment.

Exception: If you have not yet accessed any course content, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing us. Refund eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Purchases Through Third-Party Platforms

For purchases made through Payhip or Etsy, the refund process may be handled through those platforms. Please refer to their respective refund policies, or contact us directly and we will assist you.


Affiliate and Coupon Access

Free access granted through coupons, affiliate program participation, or promotional codes is not eligible for monetary refund, as no payment was made.


Founder Pricing

Subscribers who lock in founder pricing retain that rate for as long as their subscription remains active and in good standing. Canceling and resubscribing after the founder period closes will result in regular pricing being applied. No exceptions.
